The product

We sell adventure packs by city, in Spanish or English. The packs available now are:

• Madrid pack, €24.99: four illustrated 20-page A5 booklets (El Retiro; Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor; Royal Palace and Temple of Debod; Barrio de las Letras), each with its double-sided A6 adult cards, an illustrated map of Madrid, a collection passport and four stickers, in a kraft envelope.

Each pack arrives printed and prepared; no printing or cutting is required. These are self-guided adventures in public places in the pack's city with an adult, rather than guided tours. Pack images on the website are illustrative.

Price and payment

Each pack costs the price shown above, including VAT. Shipping per order: Spain, home delivery, €4; pickup at a partner shop in Madrid, €0. Payment uses a card or another method offered on Stripe's secure payment page. You will receive an email receipt.

Orders and delivery

• This order is a pre-order. We will email you before dispatch.
• Delivery area for online payment: Spain.
• Online payment on the website is for delivery in Spain (home delivery or free pickup at a partner shop). For delivery to the rest of the European Union or the world, email contact@paseoypista.com and we will send you a payment link with the matching shipping cost.
• Delivery no later than 24 December 2026. This deadline applies to pre-orders placed by 15 November for delivery in Spain. For other orders and deliveries outside Spain, we will tell you the latest delivery date before you pay.
• If we cannot meet it, we will email you. You may cancel for a full refund or expressly agree to a new date. We will not change the deadline without your agreement.
• You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by emailing contact@paseoypista.com for a full refund.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 calendar days after receiving the pack to withdraw without giving a reason. Email contact@paseoypista.com with your name, order and decision to withdraw. You may use the form below, but it is not required.

• We refund all payments within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the pack is returned or you provide evidence of sending it back.
• Return the pack to the address we give you by email within 14 days of informing us. You pay the return postage.
• You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the pack's nature, characteristics and functioning; for example, filling in its written activities. This does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal form: “To Paseo y Pista (name and address under “The seller” at the end of this page), contact@paseoypista.com: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [name of the pack]. Ordered on / received on: … Name: … Address: … Signature (only if submitted on paper): … Date: …”

Legal conformity guarantee

We are responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery, under consumer law. Contact us if the pack arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what was agreed. A photo may help, but it is not required to make a claim. Applicable repair or replacement is free; price reduction or termination is available in the circumstances provided by law.

Using the product

The adventure is for children aged 6–9 always accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for safety during the walk. Follow the rules of each place.

Questions and complaints

Email contact@paseoypista.com. We respond within 3 working days. Spanish law applies. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their residence and contact the relevant consumer authorities.
