Every pack is prepared by hand and sent in its kraft envelope, or you can pick it up free at one of our partner shops.

Online checkout covers delivery in Spain. For the rest of the EU or the world, write to contact@paseoypista.com and we will send you a payment link with the matching shipping cost.
Pre-orders placed by 15 November reach addresses in Spain before Christmas. Outside Spain, delivery times depend on the carrier; we email you the tracking as soon as your envelope ships.

Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your pack to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. Write to contact@paseoypista.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send it.
- Send it back in its envelope, with the activities not filled in.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer.
- We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the pack back.
- If something arrives damaged or missing, write to us and we will replace it at no cost.
