How the adventure goes
Six letters of a password have landed in the Barrio de las Letras, home of the golden letters set into the pavement. The smallest of them, Eñe, asks for your help to find them.
- Before you goForm your team and sign your pact. Bring the booklet, a pencil and water. It's free: no tickets, and no museum or shop to enter.
- Where it startsPlaza de Santa Ana, by the statues of the writers. Metro: Sol or Antón Martín.
- Six missionsAlong Calle de las Huertas, Calle del León and Calle de Cervantes to the Neptune Fountain and the statue of Velázquez outside the Prado Museum. Each mission gives you one letter.
- Distance and timeAbout 1.3 km, 60 to 90 minutes with stops. You finish near Estación del Arte or Banco de España metro.
- At the endOpen the archive, tell your little story and put the sticker in the passport.
Today's theme is stories: the ones that are written, painted and told at home. The streets are narrow and lined with café terraces, so read the pavement letters where the grown-up says it's safe.
